振擺儀該機適用于公路、建筑、地質冶金科研等部門的試驗對物料進行篩分分析，每次開機5分種數字顯示控制，既方便又簡單完成分工作

工作原理

　　本機主要由傳動、擺動、震擊、夾緊機構及電器等部分所組成。本機由電動機通過主軸，傳動軸帶動齒輪，由蝸輪再帶動凸輪，主偏心軸帶動兩個副偏心軸，從而使篩座具有回轉及震擊雙重運動。

 振擺儀安裝

本機可以不用水泥基礎直接安放水泥地面上開動，也可以安裝在水泥基礎上，基礎螺釘尺寸如圖：其厚度300毫米。基礎露出地面高度及大小或與地面相平，根據具體使用需要而定，按電工規程安裝電路與接地，安裝完畢接通電源后電動機回轉方向與箭頭相同，就有震擊運動，若相反則電機空運轉，此時可換接線頭，方能正常開動。

操作使用和保養
開機，擰出上螺栓，加足潤滑油，用20號普通機油5公斤為宜，裝篩時先將鈕緊螺栓左旋以松動開篩蓋故地功能頂桿。然后連同篩蓋往上提，然后右旋固定就可置套篩與篩托盤上，再將擰緊螺栓左右松開往下壓并右旋使之固定即可工作，根據工作需要，需要常開可將旋鈕轉至常開位，需要定時工作可將旋鈕轉至要求定時位，需要途中停機，應切斷電源開關，讓定時鐘自行轉至停止位置，不可強行扭回。本機保養簡單，每隔6個月更換機油次，使用時注意避免蓋板上的7根導桿的變形。

1、將電機線插頭在程控器插座上，將電源線插頭插在三相線插座上。
2、按下電源開關，顯示屏亮，同時出現300。
3、設定時間：（1）根據用戶需要，按輕接觸鍵△為上調，按▽為下調，每按次△▽為60。（2）根據試驗規程設定需要時間，按ON鍵機械開始工作，運作時指示燈亮。（3）本儀器在正常工作時，需要停機按OFF鍵盤。（4）每停機次，應重新設定時間。（5）注意：使用時不要頻繁開、關機器，停機后應切斷電源
