彎折機(jī)是專門用于測定彩色鋼板涂層的柔韌性-T彎性能的檢測設(shè)備。將試樣繞自身彎曲180°（涂膜在彎曲面外側(cè)），在彎曲面粘貼具有點(diǎn)黏著力的膠帶，然后迅速撕下膠帶，觀察彎曲面是否有漆脫落情況，以此測定試樣的抗彎曲性能。結(jié)果以彎曲處無涂膜脫落的小T彎值表示。該設(shè)備符合NCCA《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)＇T＇彎試驗(yàn)方法》的要求。
