賣灌水法試驗儀的廠安裝指南
適用范圍：

本試驗方法適用于現場測定粗粒土和巨粒土的密度。

賣灌水法試驗儀的廠儀器結構：

座板：座板為中部開有圓孔，外沿呈方形或圓形的鐵板，圓孔處設有環套

套孔的直徑為土中所含大石塊粒徑的3倍，環套的高度為其粒徑的5％。

賣灌水法試驗儀的廠配套設備：

1、薄膜：聚乙烯塑料薄膜。

2、儲水筒：直徑應均勻，并附有刻度。

3、臺稱：稱量50kg，感量5g。

4、其他：鐵鎬、鐵鏟、水準儀等。

賣灌水法試驗儀的廠使用方法試驗步驟：

1、根據試樣大粒徑宜按表

2、確定試坑尺寸。

3、試坑尺寸

4、按確定的試坑直徑劃出坑口輪廓線。將測點處的地表整平，地表的浮土、石塊、雜物等應予清除，坑凹不平處用砂用水準儀檢查地表是否水平。

5、在整平后的地表，將座板固定。將聚乙烯塑料膜沿環套內壁及地表緊貼鋪好。記錄儲水筒初始水位高度，擰開儲水筒的注水開關，從環套上方將水緩緩注入，至剛滿不外溢為止。記錄儲水筒水位高度，計算座板部分的體積。在保持座板原固定狀態下，將薄膜盛裝的水排至對該試驗不產生影響的場所，然后將薄膜揭離底板。

6、在輪廓線內下挖至要求深度，將落于坑內的試樣裝入盛土容器內，并測定含水量。

7、用挖掘工具沿座板上的孔挖試坑，為了使坑壁與塑料薄膜易于緊貼，對坑壁需加以整修。將塑料薄膜沿坑底、坑壁緊密相貼地鋪好。在往薄膜形成的袋內注水時，牽住薄膜的某部位，邊拉、松，邊注水，以使薄膜與坑壁間的空氣得以排出，從而提高薄膜與坑壁的密貼程度。

8、記錄儲水筒內初始水位高度，擰開儲水筒的注水開關，將水緩緩注入塑料薄膜中。當水面接近環套的上邊緣時，將水流調小，直至水面與環套上邊緣齊平時關閉注水管，持續3～5min，記錄儲水筒內水位高度。

結果整理：

細粒與石料應分開測定含水量，按下式求出整體的含水量：

式中：w f———細粒土部分的含水量，％；

wc ———石料部分的含水量，％；

        pf———細粒料的干質量與全部材料干質量之比

式中：V1———試坑容積，cm 3；

h 1———儲水筒內初始水位高度，cm；

h2———儲水筒內注水終了時水位高度，cm。

按下式計算試樣濕密度：

式中：m p———取自試坑內的試樣質量，g。

精密度和允許差

灌水法密度試驗應進行兩次平行測定，兩次測定的差值不得大于0．03g／cm，取兩次測值的平均值。

報告：

1、試料來源，外觀描述。

2、試樣大粒徑 （mm）。

3、試坑尺寸 （m）。

4、試樣干密度ρd（g／cm）。
